Basically it was an abandoned garage or something… at least it looked abandoned.

Well, a few days ago, I got a notice that they’re starting construction on a two family house on that very spot, and today it looks like they’re gonna start the demo process! YAAAAY! Even if it turns out to be an ugly building, it’s still a property value WIN!

Here are a few pictures of the building that, I think, will more than likely be gone with-in the week!

This is from the view from the next street over (my house is behind and to the left) I do have to say, while it's run down, it was kinda a fun old building too ;) View #01: This is what I see from my back porch.

Now the next step is making sure Chad and Israel buy the top floor!

Fireworks 2010

Both "the Bubbah" and "the Dodah" were decidedly enamored with the fireworks this evening.
Gillighan, just like his Pops, would have been happier with a few less hooligans tho!

Ergo, the “lhdw” (lunch-hour dog walks) tag.

I think both dogs were surprised to see me… I know non-dog owners won’t believe that, but its true… they were expected the regular dog-walker….

I also got to get a sweet potato sandwich from ula too… Mmmm… That’s probably part of why I concidered this first day a whopping success.

Now, on the train on the way back to work, I’m watching a drunk guy on the train try to chat everyone up. He just yelled at me I think… because I’m typing on my phone. He said “hello, I’m human, over here…”  To which I wanted to retort “Yes, but a terribly cliché, exceptionally vapid replica at best.” But I figured the nuance of the sentiment would be lost on him, so I just kept typing.

But… oooo these are gonna be fun summer days I can tell!
