Technology; THIS is what’s in it for me…

I woke up at 5 am today.

Not wanting to get out of bed, ’cause it was warm and cozy since the a/c was on all night long (as forgot to hot the “sleep mode”), I decided to do my GROCERY SHOPPING, so I:

Grabbed my iPhone
loaded the PEAPOD app
logged in
started by reviewing past orders and picking things from it to re-order (aka: NO SEARCHING, ALL FINDING!)
clicked “check-out”
picked a convenient delivery time tomorrow morning (taking a day off)
SMILED at how friggin’ ridiculously easy that was compared to setting foot inside a super-market and MARVELED at how it’s really not that much more expensive than going to the store either.

So (at least at the moment),

I ♥ technology
I ♥ the inter-web (grin)
I ♥ my iPhone
I ♥ PeaPod!

Relative to technology making life easier, I just don’t think it gets any better than that!

So, Yay! for a good start to Thursday!

it’s true, after almost 3 years I finally decided to change my blogging platform. I’ve been very happy with the previous one, but I’ve also been using wordpress for some other things and love all the added things I can do with it that I just can’t do with the old one. So thanks for the memories simple php blog(http://sourceforge.net/projects/sphpblog/), you were great, and I loved not having to have a mysql db, but I’ve been won over by all these widgets, and templates, and yummie things I can do with wordpress(http://wordpress.org/), oh my!

Oh… to be sure: more soon, but I’m still setting up – infact this is just a “place holder theme” until I figure out what I really wanna do!
