Perhaps I misunderstand your statement, Mitt, but aren’y you:

1. not really appologizing 
2. only really half-heartedly even addressing what, thankfully, now-a-days have been recognized as a very serious issue amoungst kids of the age you were when this occured
3. admitting that you, more or less, hate that you even have to be bothered to speak about this incident and this person who you have so clearly deemed as beneath you then, and now.
