Updates complete, for now. Looks like they’re more back-end than front-end at this point, because I can now email pictures and video to my blog (for better or worse!)… But I did, also, clean up the layout a bit… And I’m diggin’ it. Kinda like how I was diggin’ the watts sun was playing with this rusty ol’ fence to make some kick-butt shadows.
So I’m making some modification to my blog… as you can see…
but this is temporary… it’ll get more spiffierificated soon.

When I bought my place, about three years ago, there was this place, literally across the backyard, that needed to be BIAF and then rebuilt from the ground up. Basically it was an abandoned garage or something… at least it looked abandoned.
Well, a few days ago, I got a notice that they’re starting construction on a two family house on that very spot, and today it looks like they’re gonna start the demo process! YAAAAY! Even if it turns out to be an ugly building, it’s still a property value WIN!
Here are a few pictures of the building that, I think, will more than likely be gone with-in the week!
Now the next step is making sure Chad and Israel buy the top floor!

Doing a little Upgrade/Replacing…
Replacing the slightly damaged LCD on my lil SD780 – from where I, um, kinda fell on it (blush). I have to give props to the engineers that designed this little buggar though, because it’s ridiculously simple to replace!
Just an Observation…
I’m all for fashion-forward… But oversize glasses make most girls look über-bitchtasic. #FAIL
